A jacketed reactor is a reaction vessel with an outer jacket layer surrounding the main vessel. Heating or cooling of the material inside the vessel is achieved by circulating thermal media (steam, thermal oil, cooling water, etc.) through the jacket, enabling constant temperature control.
This equipment is widely used in fine chemicals, biopharmaceuticals, food additives, new energy materials, and other fields for synthesis, hydrolysis, esterification, polymerization, and other processes.
